Kodak’s Attempt To Reconnect Fox With Yellow Rose Boy Failed

Remember that story I wrote a few days ago saying that Kodak was offering $5,000 to anyone who could find the yellow rose boy that was snubbed by Megan Fox? Well, guess what? He was FOUND - by Gawker.

The company flew the 11 year old out to NYC in an attempt to get him on the Today Show the same day that Megan was supposed to get interviewed. However, with the news of Michael Jackson’s death, the actress was bumped and flown back to LA before ever getting a chance to meet Harvey Kindlon.

If you talk to the people over at ‘The Today Show’, they say this was never scheduled and are calling it all a p.r. stunt.

"Harvey was never scheduled to appear and we don’t plan to have him on."

A source tells Page Six,

"Kodak basically put this kid on a plane on the off-chance that he’d get to meet her. They never even confirmed with ‘Today.’ Now they’re offering him around for interviews. It’s exploitative and creepy."

What do you think about this whole thing? Do you find it odd that Kodak would just fly this kid to NY without really having a plan once he landed? How did they think they would just "get to meet her"? Millions of people would love to get to meet Megan right? And then what about the fact that the company is shopping him around for interviews?
